1. About the platform

CourierHub provides a technology platform that connects customers in Belize with independent courier services and helps those services manage their work. Individual couriers and courier businesses of any size may apply to use the platform. CourierHub provides request, tracking, communication and management tools; it does not collect, transport or deliver packages. Customers select the courier service that carries out their delivery. Availability depends on that service’s area, working hours, account status and acceptance of the request.

A directory listing or an estimated location does not guarantee that a courier will accept a request, arrive at a particular time or provide a service in every district. The courier is responsible for carrying out the delivery they accept. CourierHub manages the platform and its support processes.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service. Provide accurate account and contact information, verify your email when requested and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Customers, courier applicants and approved couriers receive the workspace assigned to their account. A courier account cannot be used to place personal delivery bookings. Applying to become a courier moves the account to courier onboarding; existing customer deliveries must be completed or cancelled first.

Do not impersonate another person, create misleading accounts, make self-bookings through linked accounts, submit false delivery evidence, manipulate reviews or use the referral program to generate artificial credit.

3. Requesting and completing a delivery

Before submitting a request, check the courier, addresses and map pins, recipient details, package information and any signature requirement. The courier reviews the request and sends a total price. The delivery is confirmed only when the customer accepts the quote. Unanswered requests and quotes can expire.

You must have permission to provide recipient information and arrange the delivery. Package items securely, describe them accurately and ensure someone can hand over and receive the package. Incorrect addresses, inaccessible locations or unavailable recipients can prevent completion.

Couriers update job status and may provide photos and a required signature as evidence. Location tracking supplements those updates and can be affected by signal, permissions, device power and network conditions. Map proximity alone does not prove delivery.

4. Package restrictions

Only request delivery of items that may lawfully be transported and that meet the package limits and restrictions shown in the app. Do not submit prohibited, dangerous, unlawful, stolen or deceptively described items.

Weight, size, handling and service-area limits may vary. A courier may decline a request or report a handling issue when a package does not meet the disclosed requirements. Contact support if you are unsure whether an item is suitable.

5. Prices and payments

Delivery prices are shown in Belize dollars (BZD). A courier’s starting fee is their advertised minimum, not a fixed price for every delivery. Couriers set their own total price for each request. Review and accept the quote before the delivery is confirmed. Any proposed price change requires fresh customer approval; declining or allowing a proposed change to expire leaves an existing agreed price unchanged. Changes to a courier’s starting fee do not alter prices already agreed. The current app supports cash payments recorded against the delivery; in-app card payments are not yet available. Do not treat a recorded cash confirmation as proof that CourierHub processed a card charge.

Only confirm cash collection or payment when it has actually occurred. Report unexpected charges or payment discrepancies through the delivery’s support flow. Any future payment method will be accompanied by its applicable terms and disclosures before use.

6. Cancellations, unsuccessful deliveries and disputes

Use the cancellation options available for the current job status. Once pickup or delivery work has begun, contact the courier or support to resolve changes. Failed attempts, return arrangements and disputes are handled using the job record and available evidence.

If a delivery is late, missing, damaged or incorrectly marked complete, report it through the app as soon as reasonably possible and preserve relevant evidence. Support reviews each case; a support request does not automatically guarantee a refund or compensation. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Courier participation

Couriers must complete onboarding and provide accurate identity, vehicle and business information as requested. Approval is required before listing and accepting jobs. Couriers are responsible for maintaining any permissions, licenses, insurance and legal requirements applicable to the services they provide.

Keep your profile, service districts, opening hours and availability accurate. Accept only work you can fulfill safely. Protect customer and recipient information and use it only to complete the relevant delivery or resolve its support case. Do not reuse delivery details for unrelated marketing.

CourierHub may charge couriers a monthly platform service fee. The applicable amount, billing arrangements and any changes must be communicated before they apply. An unpaid fee or an account issue may cause a listing to be paused or account access to be restricted. Resolve active deliveries with support when needed.

8. Courier referrals

Referral eligibility and rewards are governed by the conditions presented in the app when the referral is recorded. The current program requires approval of the referred courier, payment of their first full monthly service fee and two qualifying completed deliveries, subject to genuine-payment, evidence and abuse checks.

Self-referrals, linked-account deliveries, test jobs and artificial activity do not qualify. Some activity may require administrator review. Rewards are platform service-fee credit, not a promise of a cash payout. Credit is applied according to the balance and fee conditions shown in the platform. We may withhold a reward while an eligibility issue is investigated.

9. Messages, photos and reviews

Use chat, voice messages, delivery images, signatures and reviews responsibly. Do not upload unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, misleading or privacy-invasive content. Submit reviews based on your own completed delivery experience.

You retain ownership of content you submit and permit CourierHub to store, display and process it as needed to provide the service, investigate a report and maintain required records. CourierHub may restrict or remove content that violates these terms. See the Privacy Policy for who can access different types of content.

10. Access, service changes and responsibility

We may restrict access or pause a listing when necessary to address security concerns, unpaid platform fees, inaccurate onboarding information, suspected abuse or breaches of these terms. You may contact support about an account decision.

The service may be interrupted by maintenance, network problems or circumstances outside our control. Take reasonable care when arranging deliveries and do not rely on CourierHub for emergency services. Responsibility for a particular loss or dispute will depend on the facts and applicable law; these terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Closing your account

You may request account deletion in the app or through this website’s account-deletion page. Active deliveries and unresolved obligations may need to be addressed first. Closing an account does not cancel amounts already due or remove records that must be retained for legitimate purposes. The Privacy Policy explains deletion and retention in more detail.

12. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms as the service develops. The latest version and date will be available on this page, with additional notice where required. Belize law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. Contact support first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it.
