Does CourierHub carry out deliveries?
CourierHub provides the platform that connects customers with independent courier services. Your selected courier service carries out the delivery. CourierHub provides booking, communication, tracking and management tools.
Who can use CourierHub for their courier business?
Individuals starting a courier service and established courier businesses of any size can apply. Each service must complete onboarding and approval before accepting jobs.
Do I choose the courier?
Yes. Browse the directory and choose an available courier based on their profile, service area and reviews. Each request is subject to courier acceptance.
How do payments work?
The current app uses cash payments. Request a delivery, review and approve your courier’s quote in Belize dollars, then pay the courier directly and confirm the payment. In-app card payments are not available yet.
Can I enter my address myself?
Yes. Enter your address manually or use your device location, then check the map pin so the courier knows exactly where to go.
What if I need help with a delivery?
Open the delivery to contact your courier or raise a support request. You can also email hello@courierhub.bz.
