Delete your account.
You can close your CourierHub account in the app, or request help here—even if you’ve already uninstalled it.
In the app
- Sign in to CourierHub.
- Open Account → Delete account.
- Review the information and confirm your identity.
- Confirm deletion when you’re ready.
Without the app
Email us from the address associated with your account. Include “Delete my CourierHub account” in the subject. We’ll verify ownership and help you complete the request.

Do not send your password or identity documents in the initial email.
What happens to my information?
Your sign-in account, profile, notification tokens and associated uploaded profile/courier documents are removed. Private delivery routes, chats and media are removed or redacted. Limited financial, referral, security and audit records may be retained where needed for legitimate obligations or unresolved disputes.
Finish or cancel active deliveries first. If you cannot do this or access your account, email us so we can help resolve it. We’ll explain any additional steps or records that must be retained. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
